Error Related to "Current Year"

1. Further education and training providers

Has anyone experienced the following errors?    The Achievement date should not be after the current teaching year end date.  Where can I find the definition of the - current teaching year end date?

Confirm due date for R13

1. Further education and training providers

I spoke with the ILR support team, who stated R13 is due on Sept 4, but everywhere that I read it shows Sept 14. Which is correct?
