Curious. Are the payments for the learner(s) showing on your Apps Monthly Payment Report? If so, I wouldn't necessarily worry to be honest. As to whether you need to record what you've received on the ILR:
Financial amounts recorded on the ILR do not include the following:
- Value added tax (VAT)
- Additional payments which may be payable to you or to the employer
- Costs of learning support, or
- Costs of delivering English and/or maths up to level 2.
I know we'd already reached this conclusion, but I raised the issue anyway and got the below response from the desk. Seems like a fix is being rolled out, which is always nice

Recording Additional Learner Support payments in ILR

Hi,
We have noticed on our PDSATs on report 23A-106, there is nothing recorded under the 'Learner Support Payments' column.
Are we meant to be recording these payments that we receive in the ILR?
