FIS - issue with display when launching

Hi folks, 

Wondering anyone has come across this before - I've been using FIS for a long time and have never encountered this particular issue. When I load it, no matter which version I try, it loads a somewhat scrambled screen that does nothing other than advise that contacting the helpdesk is the best step. Before I do that, has anyone had this?

Pretty sure you're trying to open it without unzipping it first (yes, I know this because I too have done it)!

You would be surprised how often this occurs! We've seen it all :)

Thanks Henry - interestingly I did search for pre-existing posts before creating this one and the above didn't appear.

I think it might be due to the title. Did you search for 'FIS' or 'Funding Information System,' I'm just curious because I believe people don't search its full name.

Amazingly, these days, you can add common search terms to pages so even if people are searching for the thing we all call it, rather than its "real" name, they can find the page... ;)

I'm not sure why it didn't show up, both versions worked for me on google and bing. We do have keywords tied to pages to assist SEO.

I'll do some more investigation!
