If there's an ILR error that physically won't let you report an Actual End Date and Achievement Date with less than 7 days in between, then it can't be compliant. If you can't resolve that error, you won't get any funding.
Just make sure your Actual End Dates and Achievement Dates are correct. The Actual End Date should be the last date of active learning. We're never even close to having an apprentice finishing learning in one week, and completing their EPA the next. There's always weeks often months, in between. I'm not sure how you could get it all done in 6 days.
There was a thread about this 3 years ago I just found; https://esfahelp.education.gov.uk/hc/en-gb/community/posts/360009989960-Achievement-date-must-be-7-days-after-Actual-End-Date

Apprenticeship full duration

Hi All,
I hope you can please help me with a query.
If a learner has a total duration, including EPA, of 400 days but there were only 6 days between the Practical Period End Date and the Achievement Date is this compliant? It meets the Funding Rules (overall duration is more than 372 days) but would throw up an error on the ESFA rule violation report on Submit Learner Data saying "The achievement date must be 7 days after the learning actual end date". because there is less than 7 days between the date used for the end of the practical period and learner achieving EPA.
Thanks
Lisa
