Hi,
We are currently updating our templates that we use, and I'm wondering what others do around witness signatures in the contracts? our existing ones are just signed by representatives of both us and the employer. However, i notice in the AELP templates this year they have added witnesses. Is this a mandatory thing? I can't find evidence saying either way. Just checking as it will impact how our agreements are issued.

I think AELP have done that for a while, but it's not a regulatory requirement of the funding rules. It'll be a 'best practice' thing they employ.
