If this relates to the details to be recorded in the Apprenticeship Service, it is referred to as: "the total off-the-job training time for the apprenticeship standard before any reductions, in whole hours". I believe this needs to be the total OTJT hours in the provider's training plan for their delivery of the 'full' programme (to an apprentice without any RPL). https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/apprenticeships-recognition-of-prior-learning/apprenticeships-initial-assessment-to-recognise-prior-learning
Actual OTJ is to be used on completion to record the evidenced OTJ undertaken (this is to calculate whether they have indeed met the minimum OTJ requirement).
Planned OTJ hours should be the expected OTJ hours for that apprentice (so after adjustment for prior learning) (as ashown on the App Agreement and Training Plan).

Total OTJ training time for Apprenticeship Standard

Could you clarify what is mean by total off the job hours for the standard. Is this based on Start date and practical period end date based on the minimum 30 hours per week.
This is what we would then use to calculate reduction of OTJ for prior attainment.
Actual OTJ, those on the training plan which we then submit on the ILR.
Thanks
