Is there a minimum amount of contracted hours required for someone to complete a Level 3 apprenticeship.
i.e Learner was contracted 37.5 hpw but is moving down to 16 hpw. We've only ever had learners reduce to 20 hpw, so I know we'd have to extend the duration and recalculate the planned weekly OTJ etc... but is there a limit in which the learner goes below a certain 'contracted hour threshold' where the learning isn't frequent enough to be viable?
