Good morning, all, is anyone else having a problem accessing the above on View Your Education Data (VYED) site? My staff and I keep getting the "Invalied user ID, email address or password"

Everytime they do an update we have problems! Do they not have a real IT Department, which "TESTS" updates before they make them live?

Still not able to log onto it

Still not loading at all for us. Anyone had any better luck?

Still not able to login either. It's a real shame as we're updating out figures based on the new AAF but we're not able to review the current data on the site.

There is now a notice saying they are aware some people can't log into IDAMS and they are trying to fix it and not to message them.😒

What I love is the fact that they send me two emails on Friday the first one stating that my query about not being able to access the site  was being dealt with and the second one less than an hour later stating that my query was "Completed", even through I could still not log-on!!

A small part of me had hoped the delay was because they were implementing the OTJ and Apprentice Feedback measures on the dashboard. No such luck

What permission do you need on the IDAMS to be able to see the accountability dashboard? I logged into our VYED and cant see it as an option. Thanks in advance!

Thanks Ben James Its one of the ones I have requested permission for to our main admin luckily.

Is there still a problem with logging into VYED?  I'm getting the same message as some of you guys did earlier in the week but note some of you have since been able to log in to it.

Is it a case that I just have to keep trying or should it be reported as still an ongoing issue?

Just managed to get in - but had to change my password first having been locked out having tried a few times.
