Change of employer

Created

Hi,

I was hoping someone could help with the below.

We have a learner who has changed employers and to submit this change on the ILR i need to submit the residual fees, the learner in question is out of funding, please could you confirm if i should submit zero for the residual fee TNP3? If we submit zero for this would we still receive our completion payment?

In turn should the revised TNP on the apprenticeship service be zero?

Kind regards,

There should still be the 20% completion left? Unless the EPA price is exactly 20% of the band max, there is likely to be something left to enter as Training (TNP3). Most of our EPA/Assessment prices are below 20% of band max so there's a little left in TNP3. If there really is nothing more in the band above what you'll be paying the EPAO (TNP4), you can enter TNP3 as zero.

Agreed with Ruth, you definitely want that 20% amount on both your ILR and as the TNP on the apprenticeships service. The ILR TNP should be your 20% completion payment remaining split between the actual EPA cost with the remainder as training. Zero is a valid entry for TNP field if needed.
