Hi Richard,
We attach it to our application form, all of our forms are electronically completed and signed, so when they sign, there is a declaration that they have to tick to confirm they have read the LRS privacy notice.
I believe as long as you provide it in some format and get them to confirm in a declaration that they have been provided and have read it, that should suffice.
Hope this helps

Learning Records Service - privacy notice
Created
We are planning to make more use of the LRS facility to check some of our learners' history. The site includes this stipulation: "To view this learner's personal learning record, you have a legal obligation to confirm that they've seen the privacy notice". My question is whether there is a clear view on what we would need to do to make such an assurance. Would it be sufficient to send an email to all learners with a link to the notice, or would we have to hand them a copy and/or observe them actually reading it? I'm guessing that merely including a link to it in our own privacy notice would not be sufficient.
