By the letter of 'the law', I'd suggest yes;
58. Unless the apprentice is on an alternative English apprenticeship, the provider must have evidence that the apprentice has an apprenticeship agreement with their employer, from the start of and for the actual duration of their apprenticeship.
If it was purely for the duration of the practical period, you'd expect it to have said that explicitly. The apprentice is still funded (on the basis that they haven't finished yet), so would need to be covered by the apprenticeship agreement.

Apprenticeship EPA Re-sit

Hi,
If an apprentice sits EPA as planned but fails and needs to re-sit, do we need to update the training plan and apprenticeship agreement to cover the re-sit period?
The practical period end date has already passed as learner completed and went through gateway.
