ILR picks up old funding band

Created

None

We have a learner who was initially registered for a Level 3 apprenticeship in 2022. They were then withdrawn with end date the same as start date as they changed to the Level 2. The learner has since achieved the Level 2 and moved onto the Level 3. The Level 3 was reviewed a year back and the funding band has increased. However, it seems the ILR still shows the old funding band for some reason.

I have checked and checked and couldn't see what is wrong. The only thing I can think of is the restart indicator. Do we have to put the restart indicator on for his new Level 3 standards?

Any advice would be great. Thanks so much

What do you mean the ILR is showing the wrong band? Your ILR data doesn't have any band max info, you just record your price, which is whatever you think it should be. The only way you know if you charged above band max is if you get capped in the Apps Monthly Payment Report, and you'd have to work that out based on what you expected your monthly payments to be, it doesn't tell you its capped. If you withdrew the original L3 apprenticeship back to day 1 (I assume you excluded from the ILR altogether if they never started), then you wouldn't record the new Level 3 enrolment as a restart.
