 There are a number of reasons this can occur. Please follow this guide below:

If that does not work, please contact us and attach the error log file located in the 'logs' folder where you have FIS installed and we can find a solution.

Side note:

Please ensure the ILR file you are trying to import is in a location that doesn't have strict read/write permissions such as a network/shared device (Onedrive)
