Please try the suggestions in this article:
Funding Information System Error – Customer help centre (education.gov.uk)
If that doesn't fix it please get in touch with us via Home - Customer Help Portal (education.gov.uk) including a copy of the error log file located in the 'Logs' folder where you have FIS installed.

Hello Nicole did you manage to sort this - as I am having the same problem?
I have checked the information given (Funding Information System Error) and I have sent in an enquiry to Customer Help Portal, but just wondered if you had sorted it in case you can shed any light on it?
