Possibly a daft question, but is it on a shared drive and is someone else using it? Having said that, FIS has traditionally struggled with being anywhere vaguely network-related rather than Just On Your Hard Drive, so if you can make a C:\FIS\ folder and dump it there, it'll probably be a lot happier...

Hi there, i am having trouble with my FIS and i am wondering if there is a way to delete it to reinstall it all again?
I am trying to get the reports attached for our 23/24 WMCA Skills Bootcamp Learners. I have also attached the error message when i do upload something, it takes about an hour to tell me the error and then the other when i am trying to delete FIS.
