Bulk Upload Errors on DAS

Is anyone else, having an issue with bulk uploading learners to DAS?
Every time I try I'm just getting a white screen that says error processing your request. A colleague on a completely different network was having the same issue last night, so i know its not an internet issue.
Any help would be appreciated
