Rule Violation - Employment Status

Usually happens because someone has filled the length of employment instead of length of unemployment field in your MIS system. 

What Steve said. I built validation rules into our MI system so staff can't accidentally record length or employment when the learner is unemployed. Also, so they can't record length of unemployment when they are employed. That was a frequent keying error before I made it impossible.
