Hi, submitted a final R10 at 3:39 pm today and it says my file is still processing for the past 45 minutes.  I can only assume its a back log, anyone else had the same?  I have reported this to the relevant department and they are sending me an email to confirm I have spoken with them. TIA Helen.

Yes we had the same, we did a final return around the same time and our reports were generated at exactly 17:00! 

We'd already done an upload, however not all of our DAS cohorts had approved with the employer until 15:30 on the 5th so we did a final upload to check that the data match was clear.

I've noticed the same on R10 and R09 returns, with reports taking in excess of 2 hours to be generated. This was quite common a few years ago but had been greatly improved until now, not sure why the processing has slowed down again.
