If it's the same Standard, I think it'd just be a withdrawal. I guess you could record as if it were a transfer if there were less than 120 days in between, but that's not really true as it's the same thing.
I don't think a full withdrawal from an apprenticeship then return to the same Standard in the same academic year is accounted for in the QAR rules, as it's relatively uncommon (though I suspect most providers have dealt with some). I think you'd have to ask the DfE.

Hi, I think I may be getting a little confused with QAR data - If an apprentice withdraws, but then restarts within the same funding year, does the withdrawal still have a negative impact on your OAR? Thanks
