We remind them about it at progress reviews, but there's nothing more we're prepared to do about it. Guidance says:
Whilst the setting up of a 'My apprenticeship' account is encouraged, it is not mandatory and will not impact the apprenticeship start date or your apprenticeship funding.
On this basis, we're not overly 'bothered'.
If all the "Live" DAS records were truly live, it could be an easy admin job to go through them all and resend the emails, but we don't want to re-send to ones who've withdrawn. If we remind them another way (which would require cross-referencing DAS and MIS data), we'll probably find that loads of them can't find their email anyway. I don't think I've ever heard of an apprentice expressing concern that they can't access their "My Apprenticeship" account.
Thanks, that just confirms I will carry on not worrying about it. We can evidence that we do tell them all about it.

Apprentice Confirmation

What do you do about apprentices who don't confirm? It shows in the DAS, but appears to have no consequences at all.
Guidance on the DAS is just:
What if they keep ignoring it? What does it matter?
