This really depends on the stance your EPAO is taking. Ours decided they wouldn't disadvantage the learner by holding them in limbo, but would proceed and just not issue certificates until we provide evidence of FS achievement. You could try getting a screenshot from your awarding body if the results are visible. I'd be surprised if an EPAO would make learners wait to be honest.

If a learner has completed their final Functional Skills exams, but we are still waiting on his results which are taking longer than usual to come through at the moment due to COVID changes - we believe that it is ok to take an apprentice through gateway while they are awaiting their results, however they can't pass their EPA without confirmation of their functional skills
Is this correct or should gateway be delayed until final FS results are issued?
