We are contacting you regarding the UKPRN_33 and/or UKPRN_35 validation errors that affected your recent submission.
Both validation rules have now been temporarily disabled while further review and updates are carried out. As a result, we ask that you resubmit your data return at your earliest convenience.
Please note:
- UKPRN_33 has been removed as a validation error for the time being.
- UKPRN_35 has been turned off while the Apprenticeship Service reference data is updated.
- Further communications from the Apprenticeship Service are expected on Friday, which will provide additional guidance on the management of these rules going forward.
Please resubmit your return.

UKPRN_33 Error in R01 Submission

We have run our first 26/27 R01 submission this morning, and there appears to be 25 errors with the UKPRN_33 error code. Is anyone aware of any known issues within the 26/27 R01 submissions? If not, does anyone have any advice on how to resolve the errors. All of the learners seem to have started in the last couple of contract years, and on checking, all of the UKPRN's are correct across the ILR and App Service. Thanks
