I assume the original reservation was picked up against a DAS record already? It's a whole new apprenticeship, so treat is just like you would a new start. New contracts, commitment statement, learning agreement, prior learning assessment, reservation, DAS record etc. And yes, you'll have to get the original one stopped before you can create the new DAS record.

Transfer to different standard with same employer

We have an apprentice who, with the support of employer, wants to transfer to a different (lower level) apprenticeship. The current apprenticeship is funded by a reservation but the new apprenticeship will be at a higher price - how do we handle this on the apprenticeship service? Does the employer need to create a new reservation with the start date of the transfer and stop the original one?
