New Apprentices setting up their personal access to App account

Just taken on an Apprenticeship cohort (RO3) first ones since the above service/action came into force earlier this year. On our Main Provider DAS account some of these new learners show as 'Confirmed' others 'Unconfirmed' under the column of the same (all show as Live under that column though) I cant seem to find the guidance on this: is this where some learners have taken up the option to create their own access and others haven't....... or is this automatically created and given we did our RO3 submission yesterday with these new learners on our ILR return the system is simply updating?

Hopefully this helps - Confirm my apprenticeship details – Apprenticeship Service Support (education.gov.uk). Those showing as 'confirmed' will have completed this process, those showing as 'unconfirmed' will not.

Thanks Ben, I thought that might be the case given we have some confirmed; but we have one learner who is attempting to create his account and cant....... hence I raised this query...... so presumably either we have an issue with the info we have supplied him with or there is a mismatch between that and whats on our ILR submission?

Hi Neville

It might be a mismatch - we had a learner unable to create their account and it turned out we had entered his date of birth incorrectly in the app service.

Hi Jessica, spot on it was a DoB mismatch; we had taken 10 years off the learner :) by putting in 1998 instead of 1988; so hard to see somtimes even though its staring you in the face: thanks for your response.
