We've done this several times and it's fine. If they are on a Standard and haven't yet sat the EPA, you'd have to record the new employer to be able to get the 20% completion (unless you plan to take it off the first employer and they daftly don't stop the DAS record). We seem to have quite a few who change employer just after gateway, and if they got there a bit late, it results in an employer change after the PED.

Hi All,
I hope someone can please help, we have a learner with a planned end date of 19/05/22 on their ILR, but they changed employer on 30/05/22, we need to record the change of employer on the ILR, but does anyone know if we will get any errors recording a new employer after the planned end date in the ILR?
