The response when I pointed out that they are no longer draft was as below :-(
"I understand from your email the funding rules have been issued. Even though they have been issued, they have not gone live, as of yet therefore we are unable to advise on the funding rules at this moment in time. I am sorry for the inconvenience this may cause."

Thanks, Henry. The response did initially baffle me as I questioned myself as I felt sure that you usually do answer queries prior to the rules going live! I have since received a phone call which was much appreciated and my query have been passed to the Funding Rules Team. Thanks for the support.

I raised a query with the ServiceDesk which they passed to the Apprenticeship Service and I got this reply - is this usual? How is this workable? I did point out that they are no longer draft but was told still not "live"..
"Unfortunately we are unable to comment on the 22/23 funding rules as of yet. This is because, as they are still draft, they could change at any moment and we would not like to spread any mis-information.
Once the funding rules have went live (August 1st) we would be happy to assist you further with this query."
