Help with error message

Afternoon all, happy Friday!

I've tried to upload today R13 and have the following message:

The UKPRN in the filename does not match the UKPRN associated with your IdAMS account

Previous was R12 and all was ok - anyone know what it means without the obvious.

We use MAYTAS and they have updated since yesterday to new ESFA rules on ILR.

We use Maytas. I've just tested it and ours seems to work, so I don't think it's a Tribal thing. Does the UKPRN at the top of Submit Learner Data match the filename?

Hi Ben,

yes all matches as it should :( - I just can't work out what's happened.

It's doing the same again when trying to return for R13.

R1 is fine and submits as it should.

Any help would be appreciated!
