Faye Hollingdale This is extremely frustrating, as we had an adjustment in our RO2 payment, compared with what the Summary on the submission portal stated.
I worked out that it was because of this, but i'm not sure why it isn't included on the remittance advice slip as an adjustment for R13, it would make life so much simpler?

Good afternoon all,
it is my first year of completing R13/R14 and presumed that any financial changes from R13 would be + or - from R02? I have my summary for R02 and it does not have any changes to it, and can see the R13 summary is not available, can anyone enlighten me please? I also presumed (wrongly by the looks of things) that R14 would be rectified in R03 payment? Thanks Faye
