I think this is not now payable, because the achievement date will have been in 21/22, and we can't earn payments due in a closed year. This should have come up in your co-investment report from R13, but we do have difficulty finding these when they're closed between R13 and R14. They may only appear as insufficient co-investment in the R14 month end reports, which are too late. We have our own internal methods of tracking these, but it's not easy.

If a learner completes and achieves their Standard prior to R14 but the PMR record was missed (employer contributions) can this be rectified or is the completion payment no longer payable.
