Apprentice Transferring to new main provider (funding)

Hi,
I am confusing myself with a query that I'm sure I've dealt with previously.
We are taking on a learner from another provider, on the same programme as the employer wants to move them to us. I'm tying myself up around the price we need to agree. the learner has generated 50% of the funding band maximum (5k) for the previous provider. I can't remember if we enter £2,500 (our share) or the full £5,000 as the TNP, because i think the system automatically drops the payment to the level of months remaining.
I've gone through the funding guidance and i'm just confused again.
Anybody help?

You need to enter the £2,500. You'd get capped at that anyway, so anything more will just like what you're owed as a direct payment from the employer, but you're not planning on collecting £2,500 from the employer.
Yes the maximum band was £5,000 with around £2,500 paid out already leaving a balance of roughly £2.500 Obviously we'll split it in the ILR between TNP1 & TNP2.
