Just jumping on this post to ask a more general question about changes to working hours - if there is an increase or decrease do we change this in the ILR? I know we have to keep Planned OTJHs the same but do we also keep the original weekly hours (or associated EI) as per the original?

Apologies for jumping onto this old post but I have a learner who went back into learning after Gateway and EPA. Should we correct their actual end date to when they finished the further training rather than when they first hit gateway? Thanks Ben

I'm still battling to get the FIS to produce a report the ILR five weeks later. No real joy from the ESFA Helpdesk who keep stating the error is a lack of RAM despite us confirming that at no time does the RAM run out. Does anyone have an ESFA Support contact I could escalate to? They are ignoring my requests for one. Thanks

Thanks Steve H, that makes sense ...reports of my imminent madness have been greatly exaggerated then.

Oh Dear. These providers run the risk of making a reasonable profit by introducing commercially-sensible safeguards such as these - nasty Business! (Tongue firmly in cheek). I have actually come across the admin charges for withdrawals before a couple of times. As long as it's clear in the TSA and the costs can be cross-refenced with the TNP cost breakdown I am not sure it's that unreasonable for leavers before 42 days myself. Discuss. :)

Angie Peck Did you get this resolved at all or work out the cause? I have produced a report today with 8 x different report not populated including all of the ones you mentioned.

...so in my example, as the learner will have finished and is not planned to be on programme for the census date in May, does that mean 4 x instalments? (for the Jan/Feb/March/April census dates?) I am having real brain fog on this one...

Sooo....if a learner started a FS 17/01/23 with a planned end date of 17/05/23 would the funding be split into 5 x instalments (amount of months or part months that he was on the aim) or 4 x instalments (the amount of census dates he will have passed)? Ruth Canham-James Many thanks Ben
