Hi Chris, To update the end date for an apprentice, you'll need to go to the apprentice's record and then click "Edit apprentice." From there, you can update the end date and then click "Update details." The status will then change to "changes requested" until the employer approves these changes. I've attached some screenshots to guide you through the process. I hope this helps! Andre [image] [image]

HI Eddie, You will need to add prior attainment from the course he withdrew in March and that should hopefully solve the error.

Hi Chris, You can amend the DAS end dates as a training provider. The changes will then be pending/for review until the employer approves them on their end. I hope this helps. Andre [image]

HI Jessica, Your App co-investment report from the period end report should include Co-investment due from the employer in the previous funding years and current year ( See screenshot below) [image]

HI, This is a tricky one, I will suggest returning them to the original standard as that is what they have signed up to at the beginning. Changing standards will mean you need to gather new agreements , training plan etc.. However, you do have the option to return them on the new standard taking that standard number remains the same by ensuring the following : Apprentices already engaged on the earlier version of a standard may transfer to the latest version of the same standard (that is where the ST number remains the same) at any stage within their apprenticeship subject to meeting the rules on end-point assessment. Where an apprentice is already engaged on a standard which has been replaced with a new apprenticeship standard (that is with a new ST code), this would be treated as a change of programme. The provider must make the apprentice and employer aware of the differences between the version of the apprenticeship the apprentice is registered on, in comparison to the one they are transferring to, in terms of the demands of the standards and the requirements of the end-point assessment plan. The main provider and employer must update both the apprenticeship agreement and the training plan to reflect this agreement. Where an apprentice changes version, the provider must make sure that the training and assessment they receive across the whole apprenticeship delivers occupational competence in all aspects of the new standard version and enables them to pass the end-point assessment. I hope this helps.

Hi Helen, Has your learner completed 75% of her learning or is 6 months to her end date ? if yes she can complete the remainder of her apprenticeship no problem. Apprentices who meet the above definition may continue their apprenticeship training without being employed under an apprenticeship agreement (see paragraph 71). In these circumstances the provider can continue to deliver the apprenticeship training so long as all the remaining elements, including the endpoint assessment, can still be successfully delivered. If that is not the case of her then she will need to be withdrawn and can't complete the end point assessment. I hope this helps. Where a new employer is not found within 12 weeks, the provider must record the apprentice as withdrawn (by reason of redundancy) and they must issue the apprentice with a ‘record of apprenticeship part-completion’ to support them to find new employment.
