Thanks for your reply Chris, its a shame that we cannot help these learners, its that long ago since they achieved their functional skills & now when we have re-assessed them they have come out at really low entry levels despite having functional skills (some at level 1) Thanks anyway

Hi, this was from a response from their help desk I got on 22/11/23.......   PDSAT does not currently accept 2324 returns. 21/22 and 22/23 functionality are still working as intended.   We currently don’t have any information regarding when the 2324 functionality will be ready, we know its development is underway and we’ll inform you once we’ve had any update regarding it. I hope this helps.
