apologies, new to community learning so want to make sure i fully understand. The ESFA helpdesk have said we should contact our Local Authority for the rate - but reading other comments it seems we can set our own rates - is there any guidance / guidelines on this if not the SAM?

Thank-you for your replies. The last Dlock was cleared on 30th September The ILR was re-submitted on the 6th and the learners came off of the data mis-match report but the payment has not been made in R02 for these learners - On the earnings breakdown under ' earnings released from previous period' this does not amount the value of the dlocks (no where near) suggesting that not all of the withheld payments were released. so i was wondering if the dlock needs to be cleared by a certain date for the payment to be made in the following month or if its common for there to be a lag between clearing / payment?
