Ben James apologies so it is, I used the last and first days in a date calculator, so does the BIL need to be recorded as it's not 4 weeks? Thanks :)

Hi Nicola Barton, You may need to add permissions for it through IDAMS, I had to add it to my profile. I've just tried to login to copy screen so you can see, but it's saying my login is invalid for some reason.

You could either start with the new employer June, but obviously as it was last academic year you will miss out on payments or withdraw the apprentice as of June 7 restart August, but any OTJ hours the apprentice has completed can't be counted as they weren't an apprentice in the ILR - someone correct me if I'm wrong. We are going to action the changes as they should have been and see how it appears, not sure how else we can do it as our apprentice has now changed employer twice (the one inbetween not actioned)

Hi, quick question in relation to this - we have an apprentice who changed employer in 20/21 but it wasn't processed on our ILR. They were originally with a small employer and ACT2 (prior to having to be on DAS) and the employer they are now with is Levy, so am I right in assuming that the ACT will need changing to ACT1? Thanks

As the learners are in end point assessment the AED date is applied and therefore the LSF 'date to' cant be after that. I just wasn't sure if this was something we could claim through EAS. thanks

Hi Steve, it does state in the evidence requirements that the plan must be signed off prior to a claim being made: [image]

My understanding is that if the initial assessment highlights that the learner may need LSF then a further assessment needs to be carried out to determine what support is needed, a plan then needs to be agreed & signed by the learner prior to claiming & a monthly log of actual delivery. Any LS should only be in relation to the apprenticeship? Please tell me if I'm wrong or add to this Steve Hewitt. Thanks
