Martin West, Thanks, I understand that we can only claim funding to cap, but is there any reason the employer can't top up? So for example if the funding cap was £15 and the previous employer had used £5k, then could we claim £10k TNP under the funding and then the employer pay £5k cash ?

Hi, Did you manage to find an answer how to find when an EAS payment come in? We can't identify the payment in our remittance, but it's showing in the Funding Summary report Thanks

It looks like it. We use PICS so I can't see why it wouldn't be in the export ><LearnPlanEndDate>2023-02-04</LearnPlanEndDate><FundModel>36</FundModel><PHours>632</PHours><OTJActHours>300</OTJActHours>

Thanks, I thought that would be the case. He was technically employed on the date of EPA as it appears he handed in his notice that day, but should have notice to work (although I doubt he will). Very unfair when we can't pass on the cost to the apprentice or claim the funding for it. So we have lost £1900 (38% of the funding - completion plus EPA ) through no fault of ours or the employer.

Hi, They both achieved EPA in 20/21, I can see a clawback amount one, but I don't understand why. the other there is no negative financial amounts on the list I also have this one, which is a very old learner on a framework and because the funding cap was dropped so much we collected additional contribution. But this one is clawing back the achievement payment, but we've collected more than enough official coinvestment Any idea what might be up with this one please? Thanks so much [image]

Thanks, it seems very unfair for the ESFA to ask for data by levy and non-levy, but not provide the reports to support this. I've pulled the info from our MIS system now, but typically it coincidence with us upgrading to a new system and I'm just getting to grips with the reporting functionality and a short deadline. Thanks again

Thanks Steve Hewitt I thought I was going crazy. Martin West The app monthly and funding summary (for period end) don't show projections for the rest of the year. The Funding summary (at submission) doesn't break it down to levy and non-levy. nor does the Indicative. I can't believe it is so hard to find such a basic report. It's for info to go into an ESFA template, so I wanted to use the official figures, but will have to run from my MIS I think?

Thanks, I had read the guidance on the form but took the when an individual starts a statutory apprenticeship programme , to mean they had started in learning/ ILR start date. If this isn't the case is there anything to stop an employer starting an apprentice on an apprenticeship agreement and paying the app minimum wage from Jan, but then not starting them on the actual course until September?

So for an existing employee (not one applying for incentive and not paid app minimum wage) that may be more than year before? The DAS date and ILR can be October then? Please can you send me that detail on the apprenticeship agreement start date and what evidence we need to hold for that, as the apprentice won't be in learning. Thanks. It's also different to the answer I had from the ESFA helpdesk in the past, who said the two start dates were the same . Thanks
