Hi Naomi, Going back to Steve's point, if you go into your period end reports and use the "Apps Co-Investment Contributions Report v2" is the learner on here at all? If your learner is on this report it would suggest he could be a levy shortfall with his current employer or a non-levy/levy shortfall with a previous employer. Then you can view in column Z vs column AA the completion payments earnt vs what you have been paid.

One of these learners we are owed £16 in a Levy-Shortfall payment which is withholding a £1800 completion payment which (if we could) we'd take the hit on this to release the completion payment to us.  Ryan
