I've not seen any hints since the DfE's "We will issue the next version of the adult skills fund rules in late spring 2026. This will include the performance management section. We don’t expect major policy changes, but we will add clarifications to ensure consistent interpretation and implementation." from April 29th.

I'm hoping that in the "section" section which currently only has News as an option there will be a community option to select there eventually.

I think - should be entered as the surname for learners with a single name.

Are they in your Devolved Skills Bootcamp Occupancy Report? That caught me out when I first looked for them in the Hub Reports.

I asked the helpdesk who said what you did Steve, that the GCSE aim should be withdrawn and the grade on entry updated.

I'm curious about this too. Back in 2021 this got posted: Hi Luke. I was advised to switch the student to meeting the condition of funding, update their grades on entry, exclude the GCSE enrolment from the ILR but keep their planned hours (we add them as EEP) as the intention was always to teach the student and you will have some register evidence to prove that. You should not claim the achievement but at least this way it doesn't negatively impact your achievement rates or potentially move the students to a lower funding band. Further education and training providers community - GCSE Resit Achievements But I don't know if this is still up to date

The phrasing the (2425) PDSAT uses on the OfS Funded Learners report is "the ESFA does not fund learning that duplicates provision funded from another source, and does not expect systematic claims of FE funding for HE learners." So as long as you can satisfy that the FE course doesn't duplicate provision and it's a one off learner it should be fine? I've not seen anything indicating a change for 2526.

I was also able to upload annotations and a FIS file today so it seems like it's been fixed/healed over the weekend.

Well it's reassuring to find out that it's not just me having issues Hopefully with all the helpdesk tickets being created and with the knowledge that R14 is looking KPMG will look to resolve this quickly.

The 25/26 rules now states: "Dependants of all individuals with sponsorship visa status, with the exception of seasonal workers, are eligible for ASF funding." Adult skills fund: funding and performance management rules 2025 to 2026 - GOV.UK Somewhat confusingly that line has been placed in the "Individuals who are not eligible for funding" section under Residency eligibility.
