Ah yes, silly me, I did add 2 columns! Does that mean that where there is an achievement date past 1st August 2024 and the QAR_Return_ID column is 24/25 that these will go towards this year's QAR achievers?

Hi Steve they haven't. They are still working for the same company that has bought the other company. It seems they are trying to think of ways not to pay the 5% co-investment now their Levy funds have expired

We use BUD so the FS Aim code in the ILR pre populates and we are unable to change it in BUD. We now use a different FS so the aim code is also different if that makes sense?

Sorry, another question. I have an employer that paid 5% of £4500 (£225) but the repost shows they owe £180 and we have not had the completion payment. Would you know why this is?

Tricky one as it is not clear in the funding rules. I worked with an employer previously who were adamant that it related to any apprenticeship for the first 12 months and as such, they paid a single parent the NMW for an apprentice even though she had completed one previously. I personally do not think this is ethical! This would be for the ESFA directly I think

Hi Ben, yes a full skills scan completed with apprentice, Skills Coach and employer. I am with you, very rocky ground with an auditor but both employer and apprentice declare they need to do all the KSBs!
