In reply to Steve Hewitt · View original comment The PSM is clear as mud on Retakes! It talks about the "learning aim" but not the "programme aim". We have a learner with an Action Plan following a failed EPA - which requires Retake. So their "learning aim" was already marked as complete when they went to gateway. My understanding was that you marked the ZPROG as failed and then added a new ZPROG and Z00? is this not the case?

Have you successfully included RIP records in an R13 ILR? I have 70+ learners who all have the AFinType_02 error which is that RIP is not a valid entry? So confusing!

Hi Chris Baker I'm thinking that maybe they shouldn't be added to pre26/27 records. We had a pageful of R161 errors - where the reduced cost was not in the R01 ILR due to it not being recorded in 25/26 (as it wasnt even a field then) - I've worked through them and corrected all the errors and now every one of them are an error in R13 with an AFinType_02 error! The only way to clear these errors - is to leave the HRS1 coded as the figure that was previously the Planned Hours number - but do NOT include a HRS4 because then it doesnt expect a RIP. But I'm not confident of correcting all the learners this way as there is no clear steer yet.

Hi Angela Williams - I think your response might above might have helped me with a query I just posted. If a learner is changing employer from Levy to non-Levy - can the original employer gift the balance to the new employer as a left transfer? For some reason I had it in my head that Levy Transfer had to be from start?

Wow! So nice of them to land a change on us at the very last second... The issue I have now is trying to ensure that everyone understands that R14 means "by 31st July"... that the rest of the 'window' is my tidying and checking time!

Good morning all (I'm a little late to this party it seems!)... Can I confirm my understanding that a learner who went on Mat Leave BIL (eg) in July 2024 - which was included timely in R12 23/24 now MUST be back on programme before next Wednesday to ensure she is not counted as a Withdrawal? Where as previously we could have given her until November?
