Hi Steve Correct - the outstanding payment/s are rolled in with the completion element (as long the learner completes - if withdrawn the payments are withheld) If we remove the 1 & 8 and the learner returns to learning, how can we justify the continuing monthly payments when there is no delivery or activity taking place?

Learner has completed early so some of the 80% still available. With the ITP for less than 1 year and have questioned why we do not claim - Board decision - reason unknown! Can we record 1 & 8 but ask the EPAO not to assess the learner until F/Skills are completed OR allow the learner to be assessed but the EPAO withhold the certificate until the learner achieves F/Skills?

Am looking at this post because we have a learner in the same situation. NOTE: We pay for all functional skills tuition without claiming from the ESFA I can understand why the learner should not go in to EPA BUT - If we leave the Prog Aim open we will be expected to provide evidence of monthly activity to justify the monthly payments. - even though the learner has completed all elements and just completing F/Skills. Would an alternative be to put the learner on a break until the math's and English are completed?
