Typically you would move the expected EPA date on the relevant system for planning purposes, what happens if a leaner takes a BIL in this circumstance? What is on your EPAO agreement on this? Have you checked to confirm understanding? Are they the only EPAO available for the standard? Explore others? We have an EPAO who have stated upon gateway entry apprentices must complete all EPA components within a 6 month timeline which is fair play but never heard of what seems to be a broad approach to additional fees for those over 3m+. Is this taking the EPA fee above the recommended 20% maximum?

Hi Darren, In ILR terms you only flag the 2 in the completion status when all EPA components have been sat and a final grade is known (P/M/DS/FL). 1/8 for programme aim for gateway, until this point. Completion payment trigger is CS = 2.

Sorry if I have caused confusion, that's why you shoudn't post late at night Steve Hewitt Sam Hawkins. To clarify, I am being asked why we don't complete the programme aim (ZPROG) from 1/8 for gateway entry, to 2/3 when apprentice's don't sit all EPA components to enable them to achieve. The example in mind is where an apprentice on L2 Sports Turf Operative has sat the knowledge test but not attempted the practical observation and has since left employment in the relevant sector of their own doing. Hi Ruth, Not sure if this may help, on IFATE if you scroll to the end of the page within the standard you can see the version control and click for the updates, we sometimes also get updates from our EPAO when changes occur. [image] If you click on the version number it brings alerts up also: [image] The LARS code shouldn't change within the same standard unless the standard is retired and replaced however the assessment plan version can. I assume the funding band document would need effective from / to details (unless they just overwrite with latest information as you can see below the approved delivery date is now the L2 from 18/12/19). IFATE should provide alert and summary's of changes rather than have to hunt this out. [image] Thank , Paul

Hi Jim, Assuming the apprentice is likely to be restarting in 21/22, have you looked at P341 onwards in the Apprenticeship funding rules for main providers August 2021 to July 2022? You will likely also have to action updates in the AS with EMP1 Stop month, EMP2 grant you permission to create a cohort, go into the apprentice record, select change employer & add start month, TNP for revised pricing and planned end month. 2122_Provider_Rules_Version_Clarification_Version_v1.0_.pdf (publishing.service.gov.uk) Thanks, Paul
