Thank you Ben,  Can i ask where you got this calculation from, please, as this is a levy learner being delivered to our own employees, we cannot make a profit, therefore the funding max band is irrelevant as we would never fund to the max allocation for one of our levy apprentices, regardless of RPL or not, if that makes sense. I understand this being the case if we were classed as a training provider delivering to levy employer but we are the employer provider in this case. MTIA

Thank you Ruth, it has now cleared the errors, the restart was on the learning aim, but not on the ZPROG, all sorted now.

Hi Claire We are having the same issue, we have an overall planned end date, and a planed learning end date, if we put the overall PED into the ZPROG, PICS overrides it to the aim planed learning end date, we have raised this in the past, but was told this was correct by PICS. My issue is if they leave with no achievement then the leaver falls into the learning planned end date as oppose to the overall planned end date. Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Darren, we too have this, when looking at the co-investment you have to collect, i filter out all the LDM 356 and invoice the remaining, i also queried this with the help desk but I don't think they fully understood, but we do get paid the completion payments for the Coded up 356 so I presume it's recorded somewhere behind the scenes of the ILR.... I would be interested in the response though..

Hi  We did this during COVID, since then we are now all digital, as long as it is saved to a secure server-cloud for back up then we were advised it was ok to do so by the ESFA. It makes life so much easier, but its a mammoth task to do.

Hi this happened many years ago to us, they take your previous return to estimate your payments for the month you are missed, no completion payments though or any new starts for that month, it was a lesson learned and caused many sleepless nights, now we upload every week to make sure. At least you will get paid though, it reconciles correctly on the next batch.

Thanks Steven for you reply, that is what I was thinking of doing as there is an option on PICS under payment records to add new fields that are currently unassigned, that way we should be able to also report successfully as well.
