The online form is really easy to use, and I have put my details in as a test case. I've also created a basic excel form that we are sending staff to complete what they can then I will enter the details into the system with the help of the HR department. Just to add, I have put my real details in, then been able to change them to other details so I can see the different options. All is fully changeable at a later time.

Thank you for posting, I'm glad I have seen this as I've warned my managers that PICS figures are slightly off as they are treating the learners in gateway as a negative (understandably) but when I read the QAR specification last week I couldn't see how the ESFA have addressed the issue of the learners in gateway. We would like to know because of those who finish their practical period in June/July may not have taken their assessments by the R14 submission so wasn't sure what the impact of that would be in our QAR.

Thank you, it looks as though we are receiving payments albeit the Apps Monthly Payment report doesn't appear to be applying the TNP3 until March rather than the November date and the Employer identifier is showing as the previous employer on both ZPROG records. I will email the AS and see what they say. Thank you for your help, Martin.

Hi Martin, the DLOCK is Unique learner number Aim sequence number Rule name Description ILR value Apprenticeship service value Price episode start date Price episode actual end date Employer name from apprenticeship service 1 DLOCK_03 No matching record found in the employer digital account for the standard code 118 118 30/11/2020 31/07/2021 But the ILR from what i can tell matches, the ULN is a match, the DOB the funding start date and the TNPs add up to the price on the AS. This is the ILR [image] I've taken out the employer name but the employer name is the new placement so appears to be correct, and the record on the AS appears correct.

Hi All, Many thanks for your responses, originally we didn't have the additional ACT code in place but we have a DLOCK and I was wondering if that was the cause of it. We just don't seem to be able to clear it., back to the drawing board I go. Thank you

Matthew Rogers and Linnea Clarke I hope you don't mind me asking as traineeships are unfamiliar to me and a colleague and I have a difference of opinion. On the aims ZWRK0001 do you use the start date of the traineeship programme, or the date the learner is due to start the employer placement. I think the later, my colleague thinks the former. example being traineeship programme started 15/03/2021 and the work placement starts in May 2021. Sorry for the basic question.
