@MartinWest we use PICs and they use an extra field so I expect my answer is the ZPROG planned end date of May2022 which is the planned end date of the practical period.

The learner has completed 2 work placements and both employers have met the eligibility for the incentive payment. Can they both claim? Yes. If they have both met the minimum hours required, then they are both eligible to claim for the incentive payment. The provider will need to ensure that all fields within the ILR are completed correctly. For multiple placements we will check the details held within the Work Placement Learning Aim and the Work Placement records, providers must ensure that all Work Placement record start and end dates are filled in correctly and we will only process and approve claims for completed placements, so any placements that contain future dates/planned end dates will not be processed. Providers will need to ensure that the employer is made aware of the correct postcodes that the has completed with the fields on the ILR.

Hi Steve, I've just been looking at this and noticed that for some of our traineeship learners (3) the Delivery Postcode has been pointing at our center rather than at the employer postcode, yet the employers have successfully claimed their incentive payments. ETA: we've had learners do two placements and it has gone through with only one work placement aim and both employers have claimed the incentives successfully.

Also I don't normally see the OTJ calculation that is done, but checking over these some of the Term Time learners have their leave entitlement as 0, which in terms of employment can't be correct as everyone is entitled to holiday pay, even if that is mandated to be taken in school holidays. But is it correct to put 0 in the OTJ calculator? Many thanks. Christina

Thank you both, redoing the sums and making corrections and running another ILR through DSAT seems to have cleared the few we have worked on, most were only 2 or 3 hours out but I know that's a funding claw back. Martin West would I be correct in saying that a learner who works 32 hours a week Term Time only (39 weeks) should have a EII bracket as if they work only 24 hours a week ((32 x 39)/52) so rather than EEI being 08: Learner is employed 31+ hours, it should be coded EII = 07 Learner is employed 21 to 30 hours.

We've only ever found the Main Occupancy report that shows the traineeship learners on, but never anything in the Period end reports.
