Thanks Martin that's what I feel to be true, but which of the rules in the below document mean that would be the case? I can't see an exclusion that removes learners who are awaiting the outcome of their EPA? So just started working. Not sure where I'd gone wrong, I uninstalled all SQL server packages. Then installed Sql server express basic non developer https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/sql-server/sql-server-downloads?rtc=1 Then the SQL server 2019 Localdb linked to in the PDSAT and it came to life with a green tick. Not sure what step I missed.

So just received a new computer and setting up the PDSAT. The above worked on my previous computer but it's no longer working on the new one. Trying to work out what's going wrong. Have installed SQL server 2019 Local DB other programs are able to connect to the server so I know it's running. However PDSAT is not able to make a connection as per step 6 in Steveh's excellent unofficial PDSAT guide. Anyone have any tips?

Yes all were approved on the morning of the 7th May. We did a manual check to make sure the cohorts had been accepted and they were showing under the manage apprentices tab. I believe they should have been able to accept the cohorts until at least 17:00 on the Friday.

Yes we're receiving a Http error 400 on all Cohort pages on the Apprenticeship Service. Tried clearing the Cache, but hasn't helped.

Just in case anyone else has this issue. It is on https://interactions.signin.education.gov.uk/ which isn't managed by IDAMS so being an IDAMS superuser won't help you. It is not the document exchange on https://skillsfunding.service.gov.uk/ The person who has approval status can login to https://interactions.signin.education.gov.uk/ go to manage users and add the Information exchange permission to other users as required. If you were leaning on the SFA side of the ESFA you might not have that many dealing with this website as it seems to be EFA branded, the digital forms are mainly aimed at Academies.

If it does appear somewhere else what IDAMS permission do we need to read it? We have two super users in our organisation. Both are able to see the Document Exchange on https://skillsfunding.service.gov.uk/ but only one has access to The Information Exchange which is linked to that ESFA update https://interactions.signin.education.gov.uk/. The Information Exchange at https://interactions.signin.education.gov.uk/ has another Document Exchange with blog posts relating to 2018 and looks like it's the old defunct style of ESFA online services so I don't think it's that one but just want to be sure.

Haven't been able to access the requests page since Friday. I've contacted the DAS service desk. Have tried clearing cache, using different browsers.
