Hi all, we are having the same issue - however when we report these learners as 1 and 8 we are getting the below Rule Violation: Outcome_09 - The completion status is not valid for this outcome Is anyone else having the same issue/can suggest anything to help? Thanks in advance

Thank you both for all for your help, it certainly seems that way Phil Dawe. I have contacted the ESFA to see if we can get a clear answer, they gave me the below response; QAR Leavers = The number of aims that have ended - where they have an actual end date or where continuing learners, planned breaks in learning or transfers did not return QAR Achievers = The number of aims achieved. This includes reformed AS levels that are decoupled from the A Level and any cashed pre-reform AS levels (Outcome = 1) QAR Completers = The number of aims where the learner has completed all the learning activities (Completion Status = 2) Hopefully others will find this useful too. Thanks again :-)

I'm not sure, I uploaded them this morning but have been unable to check - I just get an error message telling me I am unauthorised to log in. I have logged a ticket, will let you know if I get anything useful back :-)

Nope, alongside internal reports I have also tried using the Apps Indicative Earnings Report to apply the two sets of conditions - still no match.
