So having now registered on the site and created a Username and Password, my first search has found the Employer Site, but no EDRS No. There is a Yellow triangle with an ! in it and it says There are changes pending on this record and therefore cannot be updated. What does that mean?

Martin, Thanks for this, I thought as much.   Out of interest should we be recording the Withdrawal Reason as 2 Transferred to another provider and the Outcome as 2 partial achievement as we will be claiming 2 unit credits from CMI for the work he has done so far?

Hi Ruth C-J, Not really. Both are of learners have been on programme for 27 months of a 30 month programme and this will be their first BIL as such. I just wanted to know if we can put them on a BIL so close to completion date which is in May.   Thanks

Hi,  We also have two learners that have left the business after going through Gateway and before doing their EPA.  Do we code these as 3/3 and change the original from 1/8, and do we change the POT termination date to the date that they left? Thanks
