When the new off the job rules come in on 1st August 2022, does this apply to new starts from 1/8/22 or do we apply it to all existing apprentices on the system on 1/8/22?

We are an ILP, do we need to complete this?  I believe its mandatory for 21/22 however, I cannot get the page to open, can anyone help me?

Hi I wondered if anyone has ever missed the deadline for the post on submit learner data and can anyone tell me what happens with regards to your payments from ESFA?
