Wendy Kay I've had a reply about this if it helps: We are aware of an issue within the apprenticeship service where the training provider gets a data mismatch notification in their apprenticeship service account, but has not changed any information in the individualised learner record (ILR). Can you please check your Apps Monthly Payment Report to to ensure you are still getting paid for these learners? If you are receiving payments, then ignore the notification. It is incorrect and we’re working to fix it.

Hi Kelly Yes, they fixed the form. How you split it will depend on the timetabled activities and whether they fall into qualification or non-qualification hours.

Clare Hancock yes ours are checked at enrolment and I've re-checked some on there so guessing that the rule isn't working properly. Have emailed the service desk so will see what they say, but it certainly gives you a fright when you have no valid learners!

Can I check this situation as I'm now very confused! Learner aged 21 years and 7 months started on 25th April 2024 and co-investment report from the period end reports says co-investment is due Is it only learners aged up to 21, so not already 21, or is the co-investment report wrong? I keep changing my mind on what the rules actually say!

If anyone else was struggling with this, Graham Knight, there's been a fix issued overnight. I had to go through the reset password 3 times to get it to work but I'm finally back in.

There also seems to be no other way to contact the DfE other than the online form - from which I haven't had any response at all. So frustrating as there are things I need to do but no-one seems bothered/able to do anything!
